BlackBerry runs on a proprietary OS from RIM (Research In Motion).

You can try HTC Touch HD or HTC HD2.

As for roms and un-locked tools, you can visit XDA-Developer forum for help.

X1a is a North-American version of the handset, sold only in USA, Canada and to Telstra in Australia. The X1i is the version sold in Europe/Middle East and other zones.

Both the X1i and X1a, and its successor the X2 (both i and a versions) use WinMo as the OS

Many handsets from HTC use WinMo too...for example the TouchHD, HD2, Diamond2, TouchPro2

Samsung also makes handsets powered by WimMob...the i900 Omnia, i8000 Omnia2 are good examples.
